How I can get the spare part that I need?
We have various ways of service, you can visit any of our 13 stores, ask a sales representative, telesales phone call or write e-mail. Our sales representatives will treat you in a personalized way.
You can also fill the quote request via web site and we will communicate with you and manage your request.
Can I find more products in the main store?
All RENUSA stores are interconnected and products are available for all branches, so if you cannot find any spare part, our sales representatives will contact with our different stores depending on the availability of resources.
How is the transaction?
Once approved the order, we will proceed to prepare the corresponding invoice or bill, checking the conditions of sale agreed with the wholesaler or our branch.
Payment can be made cash on delivery, or deposit check, credit card, letters, etc. The same can be done in dollars or soles, according to the exchange rate prevailing on the day the purchase is made.
If I buy at the branches, how it is done the delivery of my spare parts?
If you have shopped in our store network, the merchandise will be delivered directly over the counter or the procedures will be coordinated regarding the address of destination registered in our system. For distribution policies, sending goods are subject to availability and purchase amount.
How do I get my spare parts when I buy through one of your salespeople?
If you made purchases through wholesale sales representative under conditions previously agreed, the office coordinates the delivery according to the destination registered in our system. If the order is made from provinces, the goods will be sent through the shipping agent of your choice. Freight and transport risks will be borne by the customer.
How can I get approved credit by RENUSA?
Before applying for credit, the customer must check its credit status to determine if is in a position to apply for credit. To access credit from RENUSA, it should be made by means of a credit application form issued by our credit and collection area.
There are documents to be submitted depending on whether the business is legal or natural person. The documents should pass through an assessment, then the customer is informed about the credit line is being assigned. For details, contact your sales representative or branch of your choice.
What happens if I need to return goods or I have a warranty claim?
We have a procedure to evaluate the return or replacement of merchandise, which must be supported and coordinated with our reception area. Once accepted the return, we proceed to generate the corresponding credit note.
In case of a warranty claim, send us the spare part in complaint to pass through an inspection and evaluation performed by a technician. Possibly a warranty claim credit note is generated. It should be noted that shipments do not come with a destination charge, either by return or warranty claims.
Does RENUSA counts with a repair shop?
